オンラインショップ利用規約

1.はじめに

本利用規約（以下、「本規約」といいます）は、LA HEE（以下、「当社」といいます）が運営するオンラインショップ（以下、「本ショップ」といいます）の利用に関し、お客様と当社との間で適用される条件を定めたものです。本ショップを利用する前に、本規約をよくお読みいただき、本規約に同意いただける場合のみ本ショップをご利用ください。

2.会員登録

a) 本ショップでは、お客様が会員登録を行うことで、より便利に商品・サービスをご利用いただけます。 b) 会員登録を希望されるお客様は、本規約に同意の上、所定の手続きを行ってください。 c) 当社は、以下の場合には、会員登録を承認しないことがあります。 i) すでに登録済みの会員と同一の情報（住所、氏名、メールアドレス等）での登録がある場合 ii) 本規約に違反したことがあるお客様の場合 iii) その他、当社が会員登録を不適切と判断した場合。

3.商品の購入

a) お客様は、本ショップ上で表示された価格、送料等を確認の上、商品を購入することができます。 b) 商品の購入契約は、お客様が注文を確定した時点で成立し、当社からお客様に注文確認メールが送信されたことをもって、当社が契約を承諾したものとします。

4.支払方法

本ショップで利用可能な支払方法は、以下のとおりです。 a) クレジットカード b) 銀行振込 c) その他、本ショップで指定された支払方法。

5.送料・納期

　　全て受注生産の為お届けに3ヶ月前後頂きます。
　　即納商品はございません。

6.関税

日本国外への発送に関しては、関税（輸入消費税・地方消費税などの各種消費税および立替手数料など）が請求される場合がございます。その際の費用は購入者のご負担となりますので、予めご了承ください。

8.不良品・誤納品に関しまして

徹底した検品、商品管理を行なっております。
万が一商品に問題がございましたら、お手数をおかけいたしますが商品到着後３日以内にご連絡をお願い致します。
３日を過ぎますとお受けいたしかねますのでご了承下さい。

9. 著作権・知的財産権

a) 本ショップ上のテキスト、画像、デザイン、ロゴ、映像、音楽等の著作物は、当社または第三者が著作権を有しています。これらの著作物を無断で複製、転載、改変、販売等の行為を行うことは、著作権法により禁じられています。 b) 本ショップ上の商標、ロゴマーク等は、当社または第三者が商標権を有しています。無断で使用することは、商標法により禁じられています。

10.免責事項

a) 当社は、本ショップの利用によって生じる損害（直接損害、間接損害を問わず）について、法令で定める場合を除き、一切の責任を負わないものとします。 b) 当社は、本ショップに掲載された情報の正確性、完全性、適用性等について一切保証しません。また、本ショップの運営に関して、予告なく変更・中断・終了する場合があります。

11. 本規約の変更

当社は、本規約を予告なく変更することがあります。変更後の本規約は、本ショップ上に掲載された時点で効力を生じます。本ショップを引き続きご利用いただく場合は、変更後の本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。

12.準拠法・管轄裁判所

本規

約の解釈および適用は、日本の法令に従うものとし、本規約に関する紛争については、当社の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

1.Introduction

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") set forth the conditions applicable between the customer and LA HEE regarding the use of the online shop operated by LA HEE (hereinafter "Online Shop"). Before using the Online Shop, please carefully read these Terms and use the Online Shop only if you agree to comply with them.

2.Member Registration

a) In the Online Shop, customers can enjoy the convenience of accessing products and services by registering as a member.

b) Customers wishing to register as a member must agree to these Terms and complete the specified procedures.

c) LA HEE may decline member registration in the following cases:

        i) If there is already a registered member with the same information (address, name, email address, etc.).

       ii) In the case of a customer who has violated these Terms.

      iii) In any other situation where LA HEE deems the member registration to be inappropriate.

3.Purchase of Products

a) Customers can purchase products from the Online Shop after confirming the displayed price, shipping fees, and other relevant information.

b) The purchase agreement for a product is established at the moment the customer finalizes the order. Upon sending an order confirmation email to the customer, LA HEE will be deemed to have accepted the contract.

4.Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available for use in the Online Shop:

a) Credit Card

c) Any other payment method specified in the Online Shop.

5.Shipping Fees and Delivery Time

   - International:  Free Shipping

・Delivery Time

   All products are made-to-order, and delivery will take approximately 3 months.

   *Please note that we do not offer immediate shipping for any products.

6.Customs Duty

For international shipments, please note that any customs duties (including import consumption tax, local consumption tax, and various other taxes and advance payment fees) will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

7.Returns and Exchanges

Please note that due to the nature of made-to-order products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on customer preferences (such as differences in color or image between the product's appearance in the listing and the actual item).

8.Defective Products and Incorrect Deliveries

We conduct rigorous inspections and product management. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with the product, we kindly request you to contact us within 3 days after receiving the item.
We regret to inform you that we cannot process requests made after the 3-day period under any circumstances. Your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy are highly appreciated.

9.Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights

a) Text, images, designs, logos, videos, music, and other copyrighted materials displayed on the Online Shop are either owned by LA HEE or third parties. Reproduction, reprinting, modification, sale, or any other act involving these copyrighted materials without permission is prohibited under copyright law.

b) Trademarks, logo marks, and other related marks on the Online Shop are either owned by LA HEE or third parties. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited under trademark law.

10.Disclaimer

a) Except as otherwise provided by law, LA HEE will not be liable for any damages (whether direct or indirect) arising from the use of the Online Shop.

b) LA HEE does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of the information displayed on the Online Shop. Furthermore, LA HEE reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the operation of the Online Shop without prior notice.

11.Changes to the Terms of Service

LA HEE reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service without prior notice. The updated Terms of Service will become effective upon being posted on the Online Shop. By continuing to use the Online Shop, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms of Service.

12.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation and application of these Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes relating to these Terms of Service shall be subject to the court having jurisdiction over our registered office location and shall be designated as the exclusive court of first instance with exclusive agreement on jurisdiction.
